At Tushtayu, we take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted pickles. Every jar is made with love, natural ingredients, and traditional recipes. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We request our customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns. Since our products are food items made with natural ingredients, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • ✅ Product received is damaged or broken during transit
  • ✅ Wrong product delivered
  • ✅ Product is expired at the time of delivery

Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

  • ❌ Change of mind after order placement or delivery
  • ❌ Return requests for opened or used products
  • ❌ Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors

4. How to Raise a Refund Request

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID and clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product

  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
