Shipping policy

At Tushtayu, we carefully pack every jar to ensure it reaches you fresh and intact — whether you're in India or anywhere around the world. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery process.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship both domestically across India and internationally to bring authentic homemade Indian pickles to your doorstep, wherever you are.

2. Shipping Charges

Destination Shipping Charge
Domestic (India) ₹70 flat per order
International Calculated at checkout based on destination

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
  • International Orders: 10-12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. International Shipping — Important Note

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes as per the destination country's regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
  • Please check your country's import regulations for food products before placing an order.

6. Packaging

All our pickles are packed in high-quality glass jars and securely bubble-wrapped to prevent breakage during transit. We take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order on the courier partner's website using the tracking number.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@tushtayu.com.
  • In case of a lost shipment confirmed by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/video immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
